Basic information:
This event will be held at the Danversport Yacht Club in Danvers, MA on Wednesday, July 26. Setup starts at 10:00 am, and the doors open to the public at 4:00 pm. The event runs till 9:00 pm. Sign up today.
The New England Authors Expo is the largest grassroots literary event in New England. The NEAE has over 1,000 authors, illustrators, publishers, printers and other publishing professionals on its contact list. By working together we organize book sales and other book-related events thoughout the year. We try to keep our fees as low as possible so that every author will be able to attend our events. This event is free to the public.
New for 2017:
This year we will be exhibiting only in the main ballroom. Space will be limited to first come, first served for authors and illustrators. We will have room for only about 140 attendees, so please sign up early.
During the setup/networking time (from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm), we will have panels, lectures and workshops for the attending authors and illustrators in the lower ballroom. These speeches will feature authors, publishers and companies and will focus on topics that are important to New England authors and illustrators.
During public viewing time (4:00 pm to 9:00 pm) we will have panels and lectures given by special guests and celebrities. We are currently working on a list of speakers and topics. If you are interested in being a part of this, please contact me with some of your ideas.

Sign-up is closed for this event!
Sign up is a two-step process:
- Pick the size table you require for the event and click the PayPal button to make your payment. If you do not want to pay with PayPal, you can send a check (made payable to Pear Tree Publishing) with the correct amount to our address below.
- Fill out the correct registration form and return it to us either by mail or email.
Author/Illustrator Site Price is $60.00. Each author site will consist of half of an 8 foot long table, or other suitable table, along with two chairs and two passes.
Business/School Table Price is $150.00. Each school/business table is 8 feet long, along with five chairs and five passes.
